Types of Cleaning
If a property – apartment, office, law firm, daycare center – hasn't been cleaned for a while: Dusting furniture, shelves, lamps, and sofas, vacuuming and wet wiping all floors, countertops, stove, and refrigerator, as well as intensive cleaning of the entire bathroom from tiles to toilet.
Regular cleaning at agreed intervals for residential complexes, offices, medical practices, kindergartens, schools, and retail stores: exposed floor areas, dust on furniture and surfaces, sanitary areas, and consumables.
Periodically, we tackle what time is lacking for in everyday life: radiators, doors and door frames, window sills, cable ducts, corners, joints, and hard-to-reach areas.
At the end of the construction phase, the property is made ready for handover: bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, doors, carpets, parquet, PVC floors, window frames and floor coverings are freed from construction dirt.

Procedure
Every surface has its own requirements: a natural stone floor cannot tolerate the same as industrial parquet, and different standards apply in a daycare center than in a warehouse. That's why, before the first deployment, we clarify which areas are to be cleaned, in what cycle, and with what means.
For ongoing contracts, you receive a fixed cleaning plan and a team that knows your property. Changes – additional areas, special cleaning after water damage, window cleaning twice a year – can be added at any time.
After completing larger assignments, we review the results together. What isn't right will be reworked before we leave the property.
